Collaborative Report Cards using Google Docs

In November 2010 I created report cards using Google docs for a private school.  This allowed the teachers in the school to collaborate on a report card all at once from the convenience of their homes.  Best of all, Google docs is free. Their old method involved waiting for a teacher to be complete with handwriting grades into report cards before another teacher can work on it.  The Google documents system also includes revision history which allows documentation and assurance of any changes made by any teacher.  This project took me around 2 weeks to do the following:

-Make a layout which satisfied the school administration (single page report card, special entry’s, etc)

-Enter and categorize all students name by grade

-Train teachers on how to use the system efficiently
